Thule Lift Bike Rack Features
Thule Lift Bike Rack V16 designed for a stable and solid attachment to the rear wall of a motorhome or caravan.
Firstly, extension to 3 bikes is possible. Separate 3rd rail kit is also available.
Secondly, it is ideal for e-bikes – load capacity up to 50 kg. When transporting, remove the batteries of the E Bikes.
Can specifically bridge a distance of 70 cm in height to have easier access to the platform. Also suitable for people who struggle to lift their bikes on to a standard bike carrier.
Lowering the bike rack by using a 12v motor is also possible! Retro fitting this motor is not possible, therefore choice in operation is vital.
The platform lock creates excellent dynamic force control and perfectly secures your bikes during transport. The platform is locked manually and can easily be clicked in the upwards position when not in use. The lifting frame is nice and tight during the ride thanks to integrated safety straps.
The adjustable wheel holders make sure you can almost fit any bike on the bike rack, in particular mountain bikes, children’s bikes and E Bikes.
Lockable bike holders will secure and lock your bikes on the carrier. Bike holders are lockable with a key.
Can be fitted to the pre fitted rails on swift caravans with the use of an adapter bracket (not included).
Lastly, extended arms can also be purchased to allow a greater distance between fixing points on the vehicle.
