Optional Accessories

Tension Arm Set 5200 – Included as a standard feature for Thule Omnistor 5200 Awnings measuring 3.75m and above.
Side Strap Kit – It is recommended to use the Side Strap Kit every time the awning is deployed to ensure fail-safe operation.
The Tension Rafter G2 – Assists in preventing water accumulation on the fabric roof.
Additional Leg – To enhance the stability of the front rail, an Additional Leg can be utilised at the centre of the awning.
Sealing Rubber – Prevents water from running in behind the awning. Perfect when used in combination with a tent.
The Tent Fixation | LED Rail 5200 – Serves as a connection point for Thule QuickFit or other third-party products such as Inflatable Awnings.

Thule 5200 Awning Features

To begin, the design and appearance of the Thule 5200 Awning align with modern recreational vehicles and seamlessly integrate with the vehicle sides.
Furthermore, the robust spring arms, equipped with patented tension arms, ensure optimal tensioning of the awning fabric and enhance wind-resistance.
With a projection of up to 2.50 m, the awning extends your personal space, shielding you from both sun and rain.
Additionally, there is an optional rail available that covers the gap beneath the awning. This rail serves a dual purpose: it allows for the installation of a Thule tent and the addition of a Thule LED Strip.
The vertically lowering system enables the deployment of support legs without posing a risk of damage to the vehicle.
Featuring a user-friendly Quick Lock system, the support legs can be easily set and adjusted.
Moreover, the awning can be opened and closed at your preferred angle, even when the sliding door of your van is open
Thanks to the unique Thule cassette adjustment system, the awning can be perfectly closed, maintaining its functionality even after years of use.

Q: Why is my awning handle stuck in my awning?

A: A very common problem! Most users have not been shown how to use the handle properly. Using your fingertips, gently push the handle upwards and then half a turn anti-clockwise. The handle will simply pull out.

Q: Will this awning fit my caravan?

A: There are very few caravans that we would recommend this awning for. For a non drill caravan awning, we strongly recommend the Thule Omnistor 6300.

Q: I currently have a Fiamma awning, will this Thule awning fit the same brackets?

A: Yes, this awning model is compatible with both Fiamma & Dometic brackets. Please note that the LED rail is incompatible with Fiamma brackets.
