We want you to shop with confidence at Rose Awnings. If you need to return an item, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Logged-in customers can request a return through their account, while guest customers should contact us by email with their order details to begin the process.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in its original packaging.
If you ordered using a customer account, log in to your account, open the relevant order, and submit your return request within the return window. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.
If you checked out as a guest, please email [email protected] with your order number, full name, postcode, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will then confirm the next steps.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. For large or awkward items, please contact us before sending them back so we can advise on the best return method.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method, but bank and card processing times can vary.
Returned items should be unused, unopened where applicable, complete, and in their original packaging. Items returned outside these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a handling charge of up to 10%.
